DAY THREE:
FROM SAGADA TO MANILA

as per agreed yesterday, we hired a jeep roundtrip bound to kiltepan for sunrise viewing. we woke up 0400H, and then for a group of 7 we divide the transpo fee of php350. though we failed to see the most easy to access sea of clouds which i've seen last year, we manage to witness the heart-warming sunrise above the rice terraces. at 0630H, we left this stunning place. we drop-by 1st to navales bakeshop to buy some short breakfast breads and alight to st. mary's bell for a diy downtown trip. we entered st. mary's church which look-like in the western countries then proceed to the cemetery which is the start of the trail to echo valley and the famous hanging coffins of the locals.

we went back to our lodge around 0800H to be able to catch the earliest departing bus to baguio city which has daily trip sked of 0500H, 0600H, 0700H, 0830H, 1000H and last trip of 1300H with travel time of 6 hours average. we decided to took the 1000H bus so to be able to catch up we have to  made a fast breakfast at salt & pepper and then fall-in-line in the terminal as early as it gets. we finally made it to that sked but we were sitting in the aisle inside an ordinary bus of lizardo bus line. there were 2 stop-overs along the road and at over 1600H, we were in baguio city.

we made a decision to have a food trip to 50's diner, one of the famous resto in baguio city for serving foods in a classic/vintage hollywood style. one of their most talk-about menu is 'she' for php180 which majority of my travelmates ordered while myself was a banana shake and a diner's meal with a free glass of lemonade for only php140. we left this diner after 1 hour. then, we proceed to the new victory liner bus terminal via cab. from here, it costs the fare at only php40. i made the latest departure to cubao at 1740H for php445 with 6.5 hours travel time. hello manila, going back to my boring routine life!
