to those who doesn't have credit card ...

myBDO payment process version 1 (old)

myBDO database has been updated. cebu pacific booking ticket online payment procedure is become more easier. Cebu Pacific Inc. is one of the company's enlisted by myBDO not requiring for an enrollment (this is the difference compared to the old version).

again, this tip is very helpful to avoid the burden of long queuing in every bank branches or ignore the advantage of having the credit card.

please see the following process how it works ...

step 1: booked your preferred schedule and destination

step 2: when in payment process, choose PAYMENT CENTERS and select in the drop-down Payment Center - Banco de Oro then click CONTINUE

step 3: copy Confirmation Number or print itinerary receipt

 

step 4: then proceed to myBDO, log-in to your account. check first your account balance then proceed to pay bills section. please take note that as per drawing, those 2 boxes only are the items to disturb.

step 5: Select on drop-down menu under pay from your account number desired.
tick box for Show Company/Biller not requiring enrollment.
under Pay this company/Biller not requiring enrollment drop-down list, choose CEBU PACIFIC AIR, INC.
Leave Blank in Amount and Remarks field.

Wait for the window to be updated.

step 6: Enter 14-digit Confirmation Number for Subscriber Number field.
Put your full name under Subscriber Name field.
Put the EXACT AMOUNT on Transaction Amount as what stated on your itinerary receipt. Type of Transaction is Immediate Payment.
Then, click Submit. You will see transaction acknowledgement after you click submit.

step 7:  you will see a flagged invalid payment details if any of the information you inputted is wrong. double-checked the data then retry. if there is no error, successful transaction will be obtained.

IMPORTANT NOTE (this always happen and its normal):
wait for a minimum of 1-2 days to have the email receipt of your confirmed itinerary e-ticket (especially if booked from a promo fare and the payment is near weekend, bear with the cebu pacific database servers). enjoy traveling!
