how to get there: just ride lrt line 1 bound to baclaran then alight to libertad station. afterwards, ride a tricycle or just walk your way on estimated 1 km distance (pls see map).
fees:
php100 for single document process on 4-days. php 200 for single document to expedite on the next day.

1. birth/marriage/death or certificate of no marriage - certificates must be in security paper issued by NSO or must have been certified/authenticated by NSO.
2. transcript of records and diploma (collegiate level) - certified true copies from the school and certification (CAV) from the commision on higher education (CHED). this documents must be transmitted directly to DFA-OCA authentication division (for private universities) or handed-over to you by your school on a well-sealed envelope (for state universities).
* please take note that CHED-CAV (Certification, Authentication & Validation) is issued only for private/non-state universities in the Philippines. Thus, state universities only require certified true copies of TOR & diploma. I just know this because I graduated from a state university in Manila.
3. Professional licenses/board certificate/board ratings - certified true copies must be authenticated by professional regulations commission.
4. NBI clearance - NBI clearance for travel abroad must be issued by national bureau of investigation (green color).
5. for other needed documents, please see images above. images below are samples of red ribbon authenticated DFA-issued.

@kailey; to tell you honestly, kumuha ako ng TOR for DFA authentication (envelope sealed) sa alma mater ko (PUP) way back 2008 pa.. at eto pa din ang ginamit ko sa DFA when I applied last Dec. 2011. as long as it's still sealed pa din, no expiration yang TOR mo, take it on my experience...

@Bernz; sealed enclosed envelope TOR is a standard procedure for requesting CTC, usually a photocopy with school stamp. hindi pwede yung usual na TOR kasi general copy lang yun.
hi, ask ko lang yung TOR kase ng brother ko authenticated na ng CHED ask ko lang kung may expiration ba yun. nagsearch na ko wala ako makitang answer puro tungkol sa red ribbon.

hello po. tanong ko lang pwede ko ba makuha yon CAV ko kahit wla sa akin ang claim stub andoon na sa DFA-OCA Manila pero alam ko yon control number nang claim stub ko. Ipinadala ko kasi sa DHL nung 29 Oct kaso yong agency minamadali ako ngyon kaya nagbabalak ako na pupunta nlang dyan sa DFA Manila. Sa katunayan ang releasing date nang CAV ko nung 30 Oct. pa Ano po ba ang maipapayo mo. Thanks po

since 2008 pa yan, I suggest i-renew mo na lang to remove doubt sa recepient especially kung sa abroad pa.

claim stub is VERY IMPORTANT po, yan ang claim of receipt ni DFA ordinary employee. I think cntrl # is just for tracking purposes lang. I suggest tumawag ka sa DFA kung ganun ka-urgent ang request, dapat on-hand mo na pala yan by this date.

Napa-red ribbon ko na po ang TOR last 2010. May stamp na rin from Qatar Embassy in Manila. Now I am in UAE and I need stamp from UAE embassy in Manila. Kailangan ko ba magpa red ribbon uli? tatakan ba ng UAE Embassy in Manila ang current document ko?

Imho, i think Philippine-based universities lang ang under ng DFA jurisdiction.

ang expiration po ay depende sa pina-red ribbon. i.e., ang nbi clearance is 1 yr lng while ang TOR has none.

Imho, definitely yes po, you have to get new red ribbon doc if stamped already by other embassy which is usually at the back ppage.
hi. i would like to ask po. may nagsabi po kc sa prc na yung validity lang ng prc documents ay 3 months. so totoo po ba yun, in case dapat maipaauthenticate na sa dfa yung prc docs within its 3 months validity?

actually every docs has its own expiry, i cant help you specifically for that... For me, i-try mo muna i-submit yung mga files dun sa employer, magre-react naman yun kung mali, wag ka muna umimik...

Libertad is for red ribbon authentication while the office near MOA is for passport only...

ang CAV (Certification, Authentication & Validation) from CHED ay ini-issue lang kapag private/non-state university ang alma mater. Since employer requirement yung CAV as what you said, kindly contact CHED and request any memo/letter indicating that any state university in Phils. is exempted in CHED-CAV issuance.. hope this helps ;)

yep, pwedeng-pwede. may available kiosk ng mga delivery company sa loob mismo, katabi ng mga counter ng DFA processing area. usual requirements lang ang need nila don't worry.

In my opinion po, di naman nag-eexpire and marriage certificate same with birth certificate so there is no sense for that 6 months ago requirement. Besides, di naman ganon kahigpit ang DFA, as long as legal totoo lahat ng si-nubmit mo. Hope this help ;)

I already have my visa and I need to send it to KW embassy but needed to have a medical as well. What do I need to bring to visit GAMCa accredited clinics. Do I still need to get a referral letter from GAMCA or no no need for this as long as it is GAMCA accredited clinic.
Hi! i really need advise! I graduated from university of santo tomas, but when im asking for the CAV from the school signed by the registrar di daw sila nagiisue ng ganun... dapat daw dumaan ng CHED. Its a long process kung dadaan pa ng CHED. I just wonder kasama ba ang UST sa list of universities na di na kailangan dumaan sa CHED for the red ribbon sa DFA?

I have seen some of the queries here and it gave me an idea about the red ribbon, but let me ask if all of the documents po ba found at the back of the application e need for red ribbon, Actually. my employer new sa red ribbon so I don't know which documents need to be authenticated. But someone advised me that I should get my documents to have Red Ribbon. Pls help me. I'll be waiting for your reply, thanks!
(Thus, state universities only require certified true copies of TOR & diploma. I just know this because I graduated from a state university in Manila.)---My wife did the TOR authentication for me. My TOR from the state college where I graduated went directly to DFA.. CAV-CHED really gave me headache because I am thinking now that it should undergo first to CHED before transferring to DFA. nope, only the documents as per employer/immigration requested. usually pag middle east are TOR, marriage cert, NBI clearance and diploma.

ask ko lang po kung san ko po pwede i authenticate mga training certificates ko? i have one from "Academie Des Pompiers". french firm po ito pero may training center po sila dito sa Taguig. pwede ko ba itong ipa authenticate dito sa DFA? yung ibang training certificates ko po ay galing sa Madagascar. where can i have this be authenticated?
