How to Apply for Turkey Tourist Visa as Philippine Passport Holder

* Tourist visa is valid for 6 months upon issuance.
* single entry maximum duration of stay in is 30 days only.
* as of April 2014, there are 2 ways to obtain this visa; apply for e-visa or the standard process.

APPLYING FOR TURKEY E-VISA

Nationals of the Philippines holding passport with a valid Schengen or OECD member's visa or residence permit may get their one month period single entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr up to 90 days within six months, starting from the first entry. Not all countries are allowed to apply.

Turkey e-visa (for tourism and single entry only)

Turkey e-Visa is an official document permitting entry into and travel within Turkey. The e-Visa is an alternative to visas issued at Turkish missions and at the ports of entry. Passport control officers at ports of entry can verify your e-Visa on their system. However, you are advised to keep your e-Visa with you either as a soft copy (tablet PC, smart phone, etc.) or as a hard copy in case of any failure on their system.

requirements:

You must meet ALL the requirements listed below in order to obtain an e-Visa. If you do not meet any of these requirements and you proceed with your application, your e-Visa will be invalid.
1. must have passport that covers the period of stay in Turkey and at least 6 months before expiry date.
2. must have return ticket, hotel reservation and at least $50 budget each day of stay.
3. must be traveling for the purpose of TOURISM only.
4. must hold a valid supporting document (Schengen visa or a valid visa from any of the OECD member countries). E-Visas from this countries are not accepted as a supporting document.

APPLYING FOR TURKEY TOURIST VISA AS ORDINARY CITIZEN IN THE PHILIPPINES

PhP2,500 in cash payment.

requirements:

1. application form at the embassy with 1 passport size photo
2. passport with at at least 6 months before expiry date.
3. photocopy of the first two pages of your passport bearing your personal information.
4. certificate of employment
5. updated income tax return
6. bank certificate
7. confirm hotel accommodation
8. confirm round trip ticket.
