Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates) expatriate residents with usual profession like Engineers, Lawyers, Judges & Members of Public Prosecution, University Teachers, Press & Media Staff, Pilots, System Analysts & Computer Programmers, Company Managers, Businessmen, Diplomatic Corps, Auditors / Accountants, Doctors, Nurses, or employees working in the public sector, their family members, drivers and servants sponsored by them.
The list below is applicable to Professional Expats only with valid United Arab Emirates resident visa (more than 6 months validity before visa application / travel date).
(1) Kuwait - Visa on arrival / recommended to apply for Kuwait E-Visa before travel (visa costs 3 KWD)
(2) Bahrain - Visa on arrival / recommended to apply for Bahrain E-visa before travel (visa costs 29 BHD)
(3) Qatar - Visa on arrival costs 100 QAR (paid via debit / credit card, not cash)
(4) Oman - Visa on arrival / recommended to apply for Oman E-Visa before travel (visa costs 5 OMR)
(5) Saudia Arabia - holders of US, UK or Schengen visa are eligible for a Saudi eVisa upon arrival and only permissible through airlines based in Saudi Arabia, such as Saudia, Flynas, Flyadeal and SaudiGulf Airlines
