how to go to jumeirah public beach (burj al arab) from mall of emirates;
from mall of emirates metro station, there is approximately 5 km walk up to the beach while the gate to burj al arab (which is not allowed for an ordinary tourist) is located 4km along the way.

Burj Al Arab is a luxury hotel located in Dubai. At 321 m (1,053 ft), it is the fourth tallest hotel in the world. Burj Al Arab stands on an artificial island 280 m (920 ft) out from Jumeirah beach, and is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. The shape of the structure is designed to mimic the sail of a ship. Sometimes described as "the world's only seven-Star hotel", its star rating has been often debated.

Around 3pm I left mall of the emirates after buying 10 pieces miniatures of burj al arab and 1 burj khalifa in carrefour worth 124 AED. Rode dubai metro rail station going to airport terrminal 1 departure. Farewell UAR, definitely planning to go back.
