Antique's Tibiao River Kayaking and Kawa Bath Experience

5 Days Solo DIY Trip to Best White Sand Beaches near Panay Island

Tibiao, municipality of Antique province, is famous for its "Kawa Bath" and Tibiao River Kayaking. It's my first time to visit this province, to experience another kind of river adventure and relaxation inside a very big kitchen tool.

How to Go to Tibiao Kayak-Inn (Kayaking and Kawa Bath);
From Caticlan Port, ride bus that goes to San Jose, Antique and ask the bus conductor to drop-off to Tibiao Crossing. From there, lots of habal-habal (motorbike backride) waiting for Kayak-Inn destination (around 4km distance on paved road). One-way costs PhP70 on 10mins travel time. Kayaking adventure costs PhP700 and guide service fee is PhP200 while Kawa Bath at PhP250 on unlimited time depending on how many tourists are still waiting (these are standard prices per their rates posted on the gate).

  3. It has ample storage to take enough of your kayak accessories for a long journey. It is also comfortable with an adjustable kayak seat, and paddles extremely well with good speed and tracking for a mid range touring kayak.talic kayak storage

  6. Sit On Top kayaks are a newer breed of kayak. They resemble a modified surfboard of sorts and you sit on them rather than in them. SOTs have what are known as scupper holes, which allow water to drain from the cockpit. parrotfishdive.com

  7. I love this product, they are way better than my kunai I bought a couple weeks ago. I would recommend these for beginners and they have held up pretty good.
