A Week-End Journey to Zamboanga del Norte and del Sur

what's with this provinces (my 10th solo backpacking)
august 13-15, 2011 saturday to monday

objective: to visit the best tourist spots that fits my taste and budget accordingly
additional task: to continue the lakbay rizal quest and explore what this provinces can offer at limited time

important note (zamboanga del norte):
Zamboanga del Norte or simply known as ZAMNORTE is a province of the Philippines located in the Zamboanga Peninsula region in Mindanao. Its capital is Dipolog City and the province borders Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga Sibugay to the south and Misamis Occidental to the east. Zamboanga del Norte is the Largest province of Zamboanga Peninsula in terms of land area.

if ilocandia region has its pagudpud-laoag-vigan leg and the northern mindanao has camiguin-misamis oriental-bukidnon, zamboanga peninsula has also their own version and simply an underrated one. comparing to ilocos, pagudpud and laoag is located in ilocos norte as to dapitan and dipolog city of zamboanga del norte. thus, dipolog-dapitan-pagadian is the official leg for zamboanga del norte and zamboanga del sur provinces of zamboanga peninsula (zamnorte-zamsur trip).

booked via bonifacio day promo fare of cebu pacific last year. i thought of something not a typical roundtrip for an aircraft-mode type of transpo, and fortunate to grab this destination for less than php600 (php233 for dipolog and php249 for pagadian). since i was attached to continue the saga of lakbay-rizal, i am deeply thankful that the travel dates coincided the duration of the quest. imagine 8 spots out of 26 to conquer. on my part, total of 19/26 on my pocket.

anyways, i divided this wonderful journey into different set of posts to be more specific on its content;
